Greetings! I hope this latest edition of Exasperated Infrastructures finds you only slightly exasperated, but very infrastructured. I’ve got two updates. First: the rebrand/refresh. It’s been a few years since I updated and reorganized the site’s structure. I’m hoping the different sections are easier to read now. I hope you like the new colors and the trace of my face; the fun fact about that picture is that’s how I permanently look. Here’s a question, though:

Second: I’m trying to professionalize the interviews I do into audio. Above I’ve linked the one I did a few weeks ago with BART’s Chief Communications Officer, Alicia Trost. This was such a fantastic conversation that ranged from the role of corporate comms in transit to how an individual can work to change the whole culture of an organization. 45 minutes in and out to change your perspective.
