Aaron Gordon might be the most talented transportation reporter the United States has got right now—and it wasn’t even planned that way. Before writing and uncovering a wide range of transportation scoops and analyses, Aaron was a sports writer. The world that was build upon winners and losers gave him a real knack for the parallel behavior that’s run rampant in the very exciting world of transportation policy.

Except instead of the Red Sox vs. the Yankees, Aaron’s new job was to observe and report on the struggle between highways and mass transit in the United States.
