I’ve had the great pleasure of meeting many new people via Zoom or email since NYC shut down in late March. One of these people is a very smart and savvy planner named Jonathan Hawkins, who I interviewed a few weeks ago about his experiences at public agencies and now at a Business Improvement District, the Garment District Alliance.
