Sometimes I get Twitter DMs out of the blue: this time it was Hayden Clarkin pitching me (as Comms Manager for Young Professionals in Transportation’s NYC1 chapter) to have our organization promote TransitCon.
January is usually very busy for the transportation field writ large: the annual gathering of the Transportation Research Board2 in Washington, DC (usually) brings with it hundreds of professionals from all around the world to exchange cutting edge ideas and develop new relationships.
