Alissa does a good job of pointing out that infrastructure isn't just about "government go fix problems" and much more about getting state legislatures to agree to stringent measures, so the federal government can flex its muscle. And, once again, I'm reminded of how we built our entire nation around cars and not around humans! Finally, we're lucky to have Secretary Pete.
